It would be really nice to have super charging capability in Miami, then you could make it from Key West to Maine.

As soon as the Chademo adapter is released, it'll be possible. Check out the plugshare.com map for DC Fast Chargers PlugShare - Electric Vehicle Charging Network. In the past month, many have popped up at Nissan dealerships.

Yes, this coming Saturday they are having a ribbon-cutting ceremony for a CHAdeMO charger at Sutherlin Nissan in Orlando.
