Guaranteed buy back in Europe?

Hi

Have anyone heard of a guaranteed buy-back program in Europe like the one in the US?
When I test drove last week the sales-person casually said something like "since we have to buy some of them back".

As far as I know Tesla doesn't provide financing in EU therefore also no guranteed buyback. But maybe in core market they have some cooperation with banks where they do that...
