Signature formatting

Here is what I would like my signature to look like:

Text Text Text Text Text Text Text . ONE PICTURE
++Text Text Text Text Text Text Text . THAT SPANS
++Text Text Text Text Text Text Text . THREE LINES

This would be easy to do if I could get the 'table' to support 'rowspan'. But I can't figure out how to do that.
Other BBS support a [div][/div] feature. That doesn't seem to work here, either...
