Four Seasons Resort Maui escorts guests in Tesla sedans - Pacific Business News

This is great exposure for Tesla. With the kind of clientele that can afford to stay at a Four Seasons and pay for their limo services, this could really create more buzz (and orders) for Tesla.
The article mentions that it is so popular, they are adding a second car soon. Imagine if they rolled this out to all of the Four Seasons locations. What a fantastic idea.

My favorite resort in Maui before I bought a home there. This indeed is excellent exposure for both Tesla and Four Seasons.

They should have gotten it with the panoramic roof. Guests over 5'10" won't be very happy in the back, and might come away with a negative impression of Model S.

This is an incredible concept, especially in Hawaii where gas is very expensive, and solar powered and wind powered electricity is so viable.
Maybe the up-coming Model X gets into the mix too?

I had one more thought: since this is Maui (same for BIG Island of Hawaii too)
For any future cars they order: perhaps they might also consider adding heated rear seats (cold-weather package), because should they go to to top of Haleakela, it is pretty dang cold up there.

The transportation company that I am the manager for is adding a Tesla to our commercial fleet. It will be the first available for-hire Tesla in the island of Oahu (including Honolulu/Waikiki). It will be available for hire effective the beginning of October.

A part time tesla driver for a major Maui hotel is going to be perfect for me in 9 years after my youngest goes off to college, I would be content just working for tips, maybe even start a small limo service with a couple Model X P+'s.

Fantastic!, next time I'm out of town on business I'll go out of my way to stay at a four seasons even if they only have the model S in Hawaii, I'll be sure to let them know why I'm giving them my business.

That would be great. With that kind of feedback it may encourage other hotels to get an MS in their fleet as well.

agree with the pano roof. with the mass amount of exposure this will bring to a perfect demogrpahic, combined with future business opportunities with four seasons, might be worthwhile for Tesla to offer upgrade for gratis.
