All -

Just got my car back from service for its 12.5k (actually ended up being 14.5k) "yearly" service...

Of note was that I had the 60-75mph low pitched drone noise at highway speeds and especially when regen'ing at highway speeds. They replaced my drive unit and I am very happy to say my car is once again silent at highway speeds (with the exception of wind and tire noise).

I also had a laundry list of things fixed:

- condensation in rear taillights seal
- Steering wheel click when stopped and turned all the way left/right
- Re-apply pano roof creak fix (yea - quiet now!)
- Other outstanding proactive TSB's

VERY happy camper here!

Glad to hear they took care of everything for you. I had mine in 6 weeks ago for the click; they handled the TSBs for me and handed me upgraded floor mats. The famous drone has made an appearance recently (speed dependent, not acceleration dependent) and look forward to a resolution at my annual/12.5k.

Must admit ... there are some issues (minor) but they are very good about resolving.
