I don't know if anyone was injured, but the fireball is quite spectacular. Apparently a train derailed, and a train going the opposite direction carrying 111 cars full of oil ran into it.

Apparently no injuries. But wonder how much toxic gases, particles and soot, and how much CO2 was generated by this one…

Most people don't know that the Deepwater horizon spill started with a natural gas explosion.
Many yearly deaths due to natural gas accidents (either pure natural gas wells, combined oil/gas exploration and natural gas pipeline).

But the electrical network is not something that ‘we’ as a civilization will be able to live without. Oil is not only dangerous. It’s also finite. And if 'we' insist on burning it, then who knows what will happen…
