I want this too. I hope this would be part of the service plan hardware upgrades. If it is I would be so happy. Most probably it wont, as its not an upgrade, its new hardware.

The WI-FI connectivity is just waiting to be enabled by a firmware update, so you will have access to that soon.

The parking sensors are a separate option which will be expensive to retrofit into existing cars.

UPDATE: WIFI now has been enabled as of FW v5.0 which is currently being rolled out. I would assume any car being delivered with parking sensors installed would also have the corresponding software to enable them but have not heard of any as yet.
