Firmware 5.5 in EU Spec Cars...

Interestingly, the user NorwegianX on the web forum belonging to the Norwegain Electric Vehicle Association has reported that the NAV in the EU spec cars have a choice between "Car Up" and "North Up". No pictures yet.

This was confirmed in testing at Teslive by Jerome for all cars. And said update should be rolled out in a month or so (they were always very vague on when software updates were being rolled out).

Only on every other street corner though.

Love the parking sensor integration, hope it becomes an option in the US, and hope it'll cost <$1000. Not likely though.

Why should the parking sensor option be more expensive in the US, when all other prices and options are far more expensive in the EU???
Coming from the current relation US pricing/EU pricing the parking sensors (500 Euro) should be around 400 to 500 USD.

Because it would be a retro-fit, and, well, because Tesla can get away with charging an arm and a leg. As an option for a new build, it might be cheaper, or bundled into some other options.
