Gen III or Gen IV Battery Rental Idea

Hi, I dont know if this has been suggested or not, but with the recent battery swap technology Tesla has a new option of offering rental batteries.

Picture a world where you no longer have to worry about your battery giving up on you. You buy the car at a super cheep price (sub 20,000) and from there you either pay a fixed monthly or a per-swap fee that gets billed to you at the end of the month.

Thoughts?

The Renault Zoe is sold in that way over here in Europe. Low-ish capital cost plus monthly lease for the battery pack. The lease costs roughly the same as one might spend monthly on gas in an ICE vehicle.
