Ok, can someone enlighten me as to the timing of receiving their mvpa? My car is completed according to the change in status on my app. I've called my delivery specialist and emailed him often in the last 1-2 weeks to try to get it. Without it, I can't finish my financing. The car could be here this coming week, in fact we set up temporary delivery for late this week to hold a spot. So I tried calling tesla directly, and the guy took my info to get the ball rolling as far as he could, then said he would pass on to my delivery specialist. I still heard nothing, so I emailed him again. My delivery specialist finally called me back and said he needed some info from me and then he could complete the paperwork quickly. So I did, and it's been 4 days and no contact.

So I ask, is the timing normal? Is the responsiveness of the delivery specialist typical of others experience here? I'm sure it will work out, and I'm probably just over zealous but with the delivery date approaching I want to be prepared with no snags.

We received our MVPA on 5/24 and received our MS on 6/8... it will be a Docusign file attached to an e-mail and is a quick turnarnound. Do you have a 'Product Specialist' at Tesla HQ or have you only been working with your local DS?
Local ds. I did call tesla hq and they got things started. But my ds finally asked for license and insurance. I got it to him with no response. My car has arrived. We had set up Thursday pickup weeks ago. Alliant will overnight a check after they have the purchase agreement. So if I don't have it by tomorrow my pickup will be delayed. I just sent another email to the ds. Now I'm starting to get pissed off.

Had a similar issue and boy did it piss me off. I ended up going around the DS and getting everything handled myself. It was a pain and I had a conversation with the marketing director, she was nice and it felt good to vent. If you feel you are not getting the attention you deserve don't be afraid to escalate.

Heck if you want the directors # send me a PM. In the end I got my car, but I spent a lot of time doing there job. I did get a jacket out of my troubles, but its a bit too hot to wear it in Az lol.

The communication at times was a bit frustrating, especially when you are trying to get the financing completed, etc... I didn't even get a local DS contact until after Tesla had received full payment. *Just a note it is a little different for delivery here in AZ.

Good luck and hope someone does get you the MPVA before Wed based on Alliant needing it before 6:30pm to get your check out to you by Thu.
