Did you accidentally disable cookies, or tell your browser to clear private info on exit?

Are you using a proxy server?

Make sure you are going to www.teslamotorsclub.com. Going to teslamotorsclub.com (note the lack of the www) will make you log back in, as the cookies seem to only be good for www.teslamotorsclub.com.
