Quicker charge by segregating battery cooling?

This site may earn commission on affiliate links.
There have been many threads that mention:

a) Whatever amount of energy being used to charge the Roadster, a portion of that energy does not go into the battery, but goes into running the cooling system for the battery instead.

b) There have been multiple talks about how to speed up charging

c) The existing in-home charger goes only to 70 Amps because that is the largest circuit you can put into residential homes.

Would it be possible to speed up charging slightly by having the 70 amp circuit fill the battery, but plug in a separate ordinary 15 or 20 amp circuit just to run the cooling system? (assuming Tesla added a second separate plug for the cooling system?)

For that matter, could a home-owner install 2 separate 70 Amp circuits, have 2 chargers and plug them both in the car in parallel to gain a faster charge? (and dim the lights of the neighborhood in the process...)
