The sequence I'm used to:
1. plug in MC to 14-50R
2. voltage jumps to 239/240 and then bounces around in the range [239,243]
3. amperage rises gradually from 0 to [39,40]
4. mi/hr rises from 0 to 20 something
5. "+mi" rises from 0 to 1 to 2 etc.

Today:
1. plug in MC to 14-50R
2. "+mi" is at 24
3. voltage jumps to 239/240 and then bounces around in the range [239,243]
4. amperage rises gradually from 0 to [39,40]
5. mi/hr rises from 0 to 20 something
...

Anybody seen this before? Specifically, step 2 in the "Today" sequence.
