I don't like it.. I would go the opposite direction.. instead of bringing the grey up.. bring the white down. All matching. Part of the reason I went with black.. more blended.

I believe all the colors come with black rocker panels, which make sense for practical reasons. I love the Model S in black, and in white. White seems to make the car look larger than black does. It's just an illusion—similar to the way a white room seems larger than a darker color. The black Model S seems more taunt and muscular. White seems more graceful. I was attempting to tease a little more muscle out of the white car.
A number of people had complained about the chrome strip below the doors. I rather like it. I'm not sure how it would work in the Boxer version, bisecting the black.
