Actually that's not correct if you are using UL type EVE cable. This cable uses materials that can withstand higher temperatures and much more abuse than household wiring. You can read more in articles 400 and 625 of the NEC. Generally #4 EVE cable is rated for 95 to 130A depending on how it's being used.
Interesting, also it is DC voltage and amperage which does not conform to the table I supplied.
Thanks!

Is This the Key to Vastly Better Batteries? - Technology Review
[...] But many of these approaches have one thing in common: they aren't practical because of the shortcomings of existing battery electrolytes.
Jerry Martin, CEO and cofounder of a small startup in Colorado, says his company—Boulder Ionics—is developing a type of electrolyte that would enable high-performance batteries.Replacing conventional electrolytes with ionic liquids could double the energy storage capacity of ultracapacitors by allowing them to be charged to higher voltages. That could make it possible to replace a starter battery in a car with a battery the size of a flashlight, Martin says.
The electrolytes could also help improve the storage capacity of lithium-ion batteries, the kind used in electric vehicles and mobile phones; and they could help make rechargeable metal-air batteries practical. In theory, such batteries could store 10 times as much energy as conventional lithium-ion batteries.

Good battery materials research done here.

I haven't seen much more about Envia since their late Feb. "breakthrough" announcement. Anything new on this front that anyone has heard?
I hope we get something sooner than that, Li-air has some major technical hurdles in front of it. Envia has at least demonstrated performance in third party testing.
