Very interesting. I didn't know that Li-Ion Polymer can (needs to?) function between 40 and 80 degrees celcius.

Have not really followed the science of A123. This was a nice tease.
Olivines are not mentioned as a battery material here: Olivine - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The video mentioned the toxic and caustic chemicals needed to make the batteries but no mention of battery recycling or dumping. Also no mention of how long they will last. Energy density?
