New Jersey model S final price after delivery? (any fees?)

Hi I am just wondering if anyone in NJ has taken delivery of their model S and what the final price was , or more specifically what fees were applied to the price of the vehicle.

my assumption is the following based on research and other threads:

price of the vehicle (not including the $7500 federal rebate)
+ $990 delivery fee?
+ ~$165 vehicle prep
+ ~$??? How much in vehicle registration?
+ NO SALES TAX IN NJ FOR EV'S! (right?)

Are those assumptions right? Am I missing anything? Does NJ have any other fees like luxury car fee if over a specific amount or anything of the like?

I don't have a Model S, and didn't get my Roadster new, but I think there may be a luxury fee of 0.4% on new vehicles over $45,000:

EDIT: ZEVs exempted from luxury tax...see FAQ link posted below.

There is no sales or use tax for zero emission vehicles in NJ. The exemption is described here with a links to qualifying vehicles including Model S:
http://www.state.nj.us/treasury/taxation/zevnotice.shtml

The NJSA number from there should be entered into the form here:

Fortunately, your car will be new, so you don't have to go to get inspected. It was QUITE peculiar going to the DMV for an inspection on the Roadster early this year, especially since the insepctions are emissions-only!:cursing: Hopefully that will get fixed soon.

Would be interested to see a full run-down from an existing Model S owner.

I understand the luxury tax was dropped years back as I never paid it on my 2006 RX400h. Model S Signature sited in Paramus NJ

Not sure about the Lexus, but took another look and Luxury does not apply to "vehicles certified as zero emission vehicles by the Commissioner of Environmental Protection" per the FAQ doc:
http://www.state.nj.us/mvc/pdf/Vehicles/luxtaxfaq.pdf

Model S should be in the clear, since NJ clearly recognizes it as ZEV and exempts it in other contexts as well (sales and use tax).

Will edit the post above. Thanks for the extra nudge.
