I also got the "404" broken link message for downloading the manuals on the Canadian Tesla site. (I like their 404 error page)
Even though I was already logged-in, when I went back to the Profile page, I had to re-enter my password again. Then I was able to download the manuals.
The Owners Guide I downloaded in September was 7,171KB and today it is 8,366KB, so something has been added or changed.
Hi znino,
I'm from Quebec City and would definitely attend a delivery event in Montreal (ideally south shore). I'm VIN 2009.
Let's put some pressure for Montreal!

This is strange. Got the Delivery Event email.
Pressed the "Yes,Sign Me Up for Delivery Event" and generated the email below.
Unless there is something wrong , I hope my car didn't go to Toronto
I was able to get at all the PDFs by modifiying the URL to strip out the Canadian bit. For anyone that's interested, these're the links to all of them:

https://www.teslamotors.com/sites/de...stancecard.pdf
https://www.teslamotors.com/sites/de...ersguide_0.pdf

The 'Owners Rights' document contains the US states instead of any of the provinces since these docs come from the US version of the site - the Canadian docs might be slightly different, for example the manual is clearly missing the section on ways to properly stow your hockey sticks.![]()
Of course...Anyway the ride back home will be very fun. Keep me posted as I have a feeling they'll forget about me.
The Toronto Store called today to get license and insurance information (presumably to register the plates). Delivery is likely (at the Mississauga depot) toward the end of next week. It appears that winter tires should be available, but the HPWC will likely not be available until early in 2013 (expected in the first couple of weeks).
The car will have to be re-programmed each time the tires are changed with the codes for the other TPMs (there is only storage for one set at a time). We should press to have access to the TPM data so that we don't need to go to the service depot to get re-programmed twice a year (I have been doing this for years with our Prius' and it is a pain, and frequently done incorrectly).
