We get taxed when buying it and then taxed when using it? Amazing.....

Definitely gotta consider this....

There's also a "home rule" tax in Chicago of 1.25% so the total for Chicago is 9.5% (7.25% state + 1.25% City + 1.0% county use) PLUS a flat $15 fee

The state tax is only 6.25% -- that's all I had to pay down here in Clinton County.
