Thanks for the map, Babylonfive. Just joined the site recently and had thought the superchargers were going to major cities. Glad that's not the case. Still, disappointed about the gaps in west and south Texas. Hopefully those eventually get filled. Also, getting to OK City in my 60kWh is going to be dicey at highway speeds. Wish they would put a station at WinStar Casino just north of the border...

    Welcome!
It's all in your perspective - some believe that superchargers won't even ever make it to Texas,.. I'm crossing my fingers for Elon's dreams.

I'm sure they will eventually be in Texas. I'm not so sure they will be in Texas within the two year time frame.

I agree. For Tesla to make it past the early adopters they are going to have to continue to push the SuperChargers. But becoming cash flow positive has to be the priority for now.

A very good spot for a Supercharger would be at the I-37 and State 59 intersection. This location would facilitate the travelers charging needs that travel San Antonio to Corpus Christi and the Laredo to Houston routes.

There definitely needs to be a Supercharger at Columbus, Texas.
This will cover I-10 for both Austin and San Antonio travelers going to Houston.

Team up with Sonic Drive-In (there's one there on the commercial strip of Columbus). Charge up and eat up without leaving your car!
