    Out in the SW with my 185 now; using an ICE for good effect. When I get back to the desktop with the full res version available, I will post it for all to use as desktops and wallpaper.

    That's Minearl Bottom, on the Green River, just upstream of Canyonlands National Park. The uranium boom in the 1950's put some great backcountry airstrips in Utah. This one is maintained by the Utah Backcountry Pilots Association, UBCP

    That's a whole different argument for another forum. It would make the warranty forum seem tame.

    Seaplane pilots prefer to call them floats, but I think this is what you mean. This was south of Ocala, FL a couple of years ago:

    Same plane, that's amazing. Looks like it has wheels as well (little ones). PS. I don't know anything about planes.
