I like the quick entry into the right hand turn using the e-brake to enhance and sharpen the turn!

That's called "drifting". It's not actually a very fast way to take a corner, but it is fun and looks spectacular.

That's no drifting. He used handbrake turn.

Handbrake turn - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia:

Whereas pulling the handbrake is the easiest way to start a drift, it's rarely used in racing, because it causes significant loss of speed at the exit of the corner. Racers use handbrake turning only to negotiate tight 180 degrees bends that would otherwise require a three-point maneuver to go through.

Okay I agree that was a hairpin turn... not clear to me that this would be the fastest way to take it though.

His buddy seemed to be shaking his head like "That crazy guy is going to drive the heck out of that Roadster."

What I especially loved was that the Roadster's so quiet that you can hear the beep from the VDS as it gives the warning that he was driving with the handbrake on.
