Bogus listing for 'bank repo' ?

Someone sent me this link:

Title says "2011 Tesla Roadster For Sale In Charlotte NC 28202 - vehiclenetwork.net"
But description says "Location: Los Gatos Ca."

They have one picture which says "2011 Tesla Roadster", but is clearly a pre 2.5 model.
In fact it looks like they used the picture of "P1" from here:

At a minimum, a lot of red flags on that advert due to sloppiness or scamminess.

Well, I gather it could be a black 2011 repo Roadster in Los Gatos, CA.

Bank willing to accept highest offer above $70K.

But the method they use to get bidders offers it through a gazillion agents/brokers/middle-men, so there could be a lot of bidding competition.

To bad they don't list real details on the vehicle... options, interior color, etc.
Can we even tell if it is a sport or a base model? Wish I had a VIN...
