Could we say 45 Model S'

We could, if there were any way to verify Tesla sales.

Yes, leases are counted -- after all, someone is buying them (title does not stay with the OEM); it's just not the person who drives it every day.

Some very interesting cars have shown up in the sales charts in the past; the EV1, the original FCX, Altra and EV Plus. The leases are recorded as a sale to the leasing company, even if it is an in-house arm of the OEM. For example, the titles for the EV1s were held by GMAC. Toyota has never reported the FCHV, but they might be included as Highlanders, for all I know.

(If anyone is curious about any past numbers for any of the above, let me know. I have previous years sales charts printed out going back to 2000.)

How come Ampera barely sells? I mean Volt was top seller on US market... Is there incentives for pure EV in Norway and they do no apply to PHEV/EVER?

It's my understanding that they are not entirely available yet. The cars "sold" thus far have been demo-cars and the like.

But the reason why they aren't available yet is that they don't get the tax breaks the pure EVs get, so the car manufacturers won't prioritize Norway. They are considered a hybrid and are taxed the same as a regular Prius. (Which is less than a regular gas car, but much more than a pure EV.)

An Ampera will start at $61k here, whereas a Leaf starts at $44k. That's significantly different from the US where the Volt starts at $39k and the Leaf starts at $35k. (The Model S will start at something like $60k - what would you rather have? A Model S or a Volt/Ampera?)

Additionally, a pure EV like the Leaf can drive in the carpool lane, gets free toll-road access, ferry crossings, and can park for free at a greater number of places. (Charging station access for plug-in hybrids is not guaranteed.)
 
For Switzerland I was able to get only cummulative numbers for January to August 2012:

BUT in this statistics the bestseller Twizzy is not included
