His talk will be July 3rd at 6:00 pm at the Marin Veterans' Memorial Auditorium. Just a guess, he will be talking cars. Marin County Fair: Alt-Fuel Road Show

Could someone record and post Martin's talk for those of us who can't attend? |

We also are thrilled to have as our special guest, keynote presenter of the new Marin Alt-Fuel Car Expo, Martin Eberhard, who will speak on "Daring to Dream: Martin Eberhard and the Tesla Roadster," today at 6 p.m. at the Marin Veterans' Memorial Auditorium.
Named by Fortune magazine as one of their top innovators of 2007, Eberhard's high-tech, battery-powered automobile can go over 130 mpg and get over 200 miles in a single charge. Concerned about increasing global warming, our country's failure to agree to the Kyoto Protocols, plus our over-dependence on oil, Eberhard was determined to re-invent the electric car, making it fast, efficient and highly desirable.
His insightful vision has had a deep impact on the auto industry and the public perception of what an electric car can be - even influencing General Motors to create the upcoming Chevy Volt as a direct response to the Tesla Roadster.

No, sorry. I ended up having to go out of town. I gave my ticket to a friend and asked them to take notes, but my friend wasn't able to make it either. |
