Not sure if this has been posted yet: Breaking: Martin Eberhard sues Elon Musk and Tesla for libel, slander and breach of contract
Autobloggreen posted this evening that Martin Eberhard is suing Elon Musk and Tesla Motors for libel, slander and breach of contract.
They link to a 146 page complaint filed May 26th. Going to read through it now.
