CARB mandates effect many other states as well. Something like 13-15 states have laws on the books that automatically adopt CARB mandates for their states as well.

where is seriously chastized TM for waiting until the day before to ask us to comment. Once again too little too late from TM in the communications dept. I am continuiously dismayed at their communication skills.

Maybe they didn't want to publicise this early and give their opposition time to arrange a counter attack - knowing that the Tesla faithful will quickly put together a submission.

if it's any consolation, you have company...

I know that I could always create a new identity and continue to post on the TM blog if I wanted to, but what's the point. This site, and the Tesla Founders blog, are far more interesting.
