I picture of the keys themselves would be good. Also, a couple pictures of that screen off to the left side that displays infomation. A couple pics to show all the info it displays. How about a picture of the odometer? I don't know where the odometer is in the Roadster!

Is this news?

Tesla Motors had another historic moment late last week. The EPA's latest government fuel economy report says the electric startup gets a 2008 Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) rating of 244 mpg, according to Automotive News. The federal CAFE standard for cars is 27.5 mpg. Tesla earlier had said a Tesla Roadster ran for 245 miles on the combined EPA cycle on a single charge: 235 on the EPA highway cycle, 255 on the EPA city cycle, according to a press release on the corporate Web site.
I haven't heard 245 mile average range before.

Picture Request

Please post a picture of the cupholder, showing its location. Have a cup in it to make it obvious to dummies like me.

This should obviously be a low priority, long after sequences showing proper entry and exit technique, with and without a skirt.

I'm just curious.

Enjoy that beautiful car!

Cup holder? We don't need no stinkin' cup holder!
(There is none, thank goodness.)

Martin, can I use your story as an illustration on why color management is important? :-)

(Everybody's installed Firefox 3 and turned on color management, right?) Rob Galbraith DPI: Firefox 3, released today, supports colour managed web browsing

There is one cupholder hidden away in the Roadster. I will post pictures, but before then, who can tell me where it is? Pop quiz

It's hidden under the center arch near the shifter. You have to slide it out to the side for use.
