For those in the big countries, they will no doubt have no issue with this, but for the BENELUX countries (for example) having a single standard would sure improve the overall adoption of EV's.

This not only concerns the types of plugs available (Type 2 (Mennekes), CHAdeMO, etc.) and type of charge (1 fase, 3 fase, AC, DC, ...) but also the way that we will be authorized to use them (Free, Creditcard, charge pass, ...)

In a sense we should strive to reach 'net-neutrality' but for the electricity-net. Such that charging in your country is the same as charging in any other EU country.
