I'm pretty sure this is happening because a thread I have not read is merged into a thread that I have read.

How about closing duplicate threads, and adding a link to the earlier thread, instead of merging?

Now pretty much every day i have to re log in my credentials. About half of the time i sign in I am redirected just fine back to the main site, but the other half I am sent to a page that says I had an invalid redirection.

Not a big deal but if other people are seeing it too thought i would bring it up.
