Andy Grove, the former CEO of Intel, has written an article detailing why he believes America needs to convert the bulk of transportation to using electricity.

This applies to Big Auto in a major way. Regardless of how young or progressive some of the auto policymakers may be, they are limited by the aggregate corporate culture. That thinking came to fruition with the EV1 destruction.
