Because our leadership is stupid and the little guy can't afford these things on a large enough scale to do any good... I know, a little bit broad.

But tax credits and rebates are only going to start in Congress.

When you talk of renewable infrastructure, it has to come from the capital contributions of Big Energy.

Yes we can promise to buy only energy efficient things, which I try to do...but my impact is small. I'd love to do more, but I agree with the sentiments of the article.
