Nano Particles to help Hydrogen Generation and Battery performance

This isn't directly related to electric cars, but if it's true, it will have an impact on the batteries of the future, or the power sources for electric cars.

Since when are lithium batteries more toxic than NiMH? Not to mention the whole recycling thing.
