Cheyenne (http://www.arcanetimes.com/?page_id=2) was born and raised in Hawaii, in the small North Shore community of Hale’iwa. Bitten by the art-bug at a young age, he began working summers at the town’s local newspaper North Shore News as a paste-up artist. It was there that his first cartoons were published in a Gary Larson-inspired strip called “The Wright Angle”....
Recently he has begun to design his own line of “badges” for law enforcement agencies that never existed - the first one is a LoneStar-and-Gear shaped TESLA RANGERS badge.
