Is Iceland open to Americans now? What are the requirements?

Yes. If you've been vaccinated, you just have to take a test upon arrival. If you are negative, you're good to go but results can take up to 24 hours. If you haven't been vaccinated, you need to take a test and be quarantined for 5 days and then get tested again.

We are potentially visiting Iceland next month and would like to rent a Tesla or similar EV, if possible. We've checked Turo and other sites but haven't been able to find anything yet. If anyone can provide any info on Tesla rentals, please reply here or feel from to PM me.
