Charge on Solar

I don't even want to set this crap up. How do I remove the Charge on Solar in the app on my car?

You would think it tesla would just have a simple option to opt out but nope.

Anyone know?

For anyone else wondering you have to go through the pairing process. Than turn off the feature than unpair it.



Unbelievable they don't provide a simple option out...SMH

Cannot get to this panel again without turning on Charge on Solar in the car

After turning off Charge on Solar, the car charging still showed up in the PW section of the app. It also messed up the house usage data, which is why I needed to remove it. This continued even after I had support remove the Wall Connector from the app, since the app lets one add but not delete a Wall Connector. But that didn't fix it... Even if I charged from the dryer outlet, the PW app showed the car charge.

To get the car out of the PW displays in the app, I finally changed the location of the PW to across the street. Apparently the app logs charging when the car's GPS location matched the PW's location as set in the app. Too clever by half.
