FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

I have 12.3.6 slowly trickling in via borrowed neighbor's Wi-Fi at the cabin.

FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

I wonder if FSD will ever take personal driving preferences into account. Like it would know you comfortably take a ramp at 70 so it would remember to do that. One of the more annoying things that's been in every FSD version is it drives so differently than how I do, often slamming on the brakes...

FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

Could be a coincidence but it is crazy windy today and the car did an amazing job of keeping me centered in the lane. In previous versions it seemed to weave a nauseating amount but today felt great.

FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

I have 12.3.3 partly downloaded on my way to work. I wish they'd let us download FSD via cellular. Lord knows I paid enough for it, after all.

FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

I'm jealous of you guys who haven't had snow every day since they got the FSD update. Almost as much snow the last few days than the entirety of winter.

FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

A tip to those who also miss TACC. Make a new profile with FSD disabled and you'll have it back. It's a touch annoying to toggle between them but better than FSD in dicey areas.

FSD v12.x (end to end AI)

Thanks, uncle Elon. I'd seen rumors they pulled the update in favor of 12.3.1 but that was clearly incorrect.

    FSD Beta v11.x

I remember V11 took like a month to hit my car. I fully expect V12 to not come to me until April.

    FSD Beta v11.x

A bunch of folks on Reddit are getting 2023.44.30.20 right now.
  10. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

Finally got an update this afternoon. I got 2023.44.30.14 which seems to be rolling out to lots of folks right now.

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

Ingenext sent another email with a functioning link. I'm still on the fence about installing it but figured I'd at least get the file.
  12. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

Link is also borked for me. Maybe it's harder to share a link that I thought.
  13. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

It's possible but you won't able to get it to be as clean as factory since the UI won't work.
  14. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

I think I got it plugged in with my right hand from inside since that's the hand that had most of the cuts.
  15. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

I scratched the hell out of my hand installing mine too. Removing the connector was easy once I was able to orient myself so I could better understand how the plug needed to come out. Since I was upside down it messed with my mind. I ended up kneeling outside the car and reach in to remove it...

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

Link is not working for me either. Was planing to update it this weekend but I guess not.
  17. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

I got an email to update the module. Make sure you confirm you folks got one. We'll see how simple the update actually is.
  18. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

I think I'll go ahead and block updates now.
  19. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

No issues on my drive to work this morning.

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

There's a great post in a private Facebook group but I'll copy its text. "Here is the truth about the acceleration difference between the Model 3 LR + Boost, the LR Ghost, and the Model 3 Performance. There are literally hundreds of times for the Model 3s on Dragy. Every single variation of...

    FSD Beta v11.x

Drive back from the cabin. Noticed not only left lane fetish but also right when trying to move over behind a car doing at least 5 mph slower than the left lane. FSD really does keep us on our toes, doesn't it.
  22. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

Rural driving to my cabin. Car continually tried to drive into turn lanes. They were properly striped with broken lines indicitive of a lane and the straight lane had the proper solid lines. Makes no sense to me.
  23. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

The car attempted to take exit lanes twice as they diverted on the interstate. It was much better on the surface streets after exiting the highways. My mother was not impressed. It was raining so there was no FSD usage on the return trip.
  24. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

My true test for FSD will be if my mother screams on the trip to our Christmas host today.
  25. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

No issues on .5.1 with my Ghost.
  26. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

I've got .5.1 incoming now. Two updates in as many days feels strange.
  27. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

Car seems fine on 2023.44.30.2 with my Ghost.
  28. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

I got the update. We'll see how it drives on my way home from work this afternoon. It's feels like it's been forever since I got an update.
  29. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

I've always wondered why they trickle out the updates for so long. I get you don't want fleet-wide bugs but I want updates, dammit.
  30. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

I got mine and installed it today. Not gonna lie, it was a bitch but after I got angry enough, it went right in. My butt dyno (and stopwatch) confirm it's noticeably faster. No buyer's remorse here.
  31. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

Best I can find is for a Model Y but I would expect to likely find some differences in the Model 3.
  32. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

You can if you have the proper rear motor. Need to have 980/4D1/740.
  33. P

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

It's easily removed if you need to bring the car in. Additionally, they'd need to be able to prove the modification caused the damage. Not saying they wouldn't fight it tooth and nail. That said, it's almost like getting a new car but much cheaper. I'm getting upgradeitis and I'd rather drop a...

    Ingenext Boost Modules [aftermarket]

Black Friday 25% off sale is live. I'll be buying mine.
  35. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

Definitely a huge push for 2023.27.7 since I'm actually getting it.
  36. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

I've got 11.4.7 waiting for Wi-Fi. About time I get something on the leading edge of a roll-out.

TeslaWaze updates (was: TeslaWaze is Done!)

Still has issues on my 2018 Model 3. It first stops loading updates but you can just refresh and it works a whole longer, and eventually it goes blank and you need to navigate back to the website. Having to interact with the screen every 5-10 minutes isn't a big deal but it sure as hell is annoying.
  38. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

First drive on 11.4.4 today and when taking a right exit ramp and it tried to switch to the lane to the left instead of exiting. I'm not impressed.
  39. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

With the latest update, whenever I get the "cruise control will not brake" alert it gives the alert sound. Anybody know if there's a setting that may have turned itself on so I can disable it? I never used to give an audible alert.
  40. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

Wipers on the latest build seemed to act quite a bit better. It seemed like pressing the button while they were on told the car to take a new baseline snapshot since each time I did that the wipers adjusted to a more adequate speed. I wouldn't discount the chance it was a coincidence but they...

    FSD Beta v11.x

Trip home from the cabin. Vehicle wanted to merge back to the slow lane multiple times despite traveling probably 5 mph faster in the left lane, and despite there not being a significant gap to merge into. Vehicle set to chill and reduce lane changes so unsure what it was wanting to move back...
  42. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

Downloading now at the cabin with phone hotspot. Guess I wanted to listen to staticy radio for 30 minutes while sitting in a hot car.
  43. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

I got excited yesterday when I had the orange download arrow. Alas, it was just the navigation update.
  44. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

The car properly signals and attempts to change but then somewhat violently snaps back into the lane I was originally in. I don't recall if they were both lane changes initiated by me but I know for sure one was.
  45. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

I've been getting one botched lane change per day the last couple of days, both on .5 and .6, which I almost never saw before highway FSD. One was on a moderate highway turn and the other on a pretty straight section. Both were pre-dawn so maybe there's some light or shadow coming into play.

Master Thread: Definitive 14-50 NEMA Outlet Guide

For what it's worth, my el cheapo outlet dying mirrored exactly what you're experiencing. Confirm with another L2 charger if you can before you just assume it's the outlet, however.
  47. P

    FSD Beta v11.x

First highway drive to work on the new version. I had a few occasions where the car wanted to change lanes (blinker on but no actual lane changing) despite still going significantly faster than traffic in the adjacent lane. I wish it would require confirmation to change lanes like how NoA used...

    FSD Beta v11.x

I have v11.3.4 incoming from 69. No prompt, just checked the app and it's at 75%.
