On the 3 & Y it was behind the front right tire and could be accessed from there. On the Y, you'd see a round pattern of holes in the underbelly pan. I would assume the X is the same way.

Just tweaked my lowering links (lower) yesterday. My rears look like this, but my fronts are more like the other picture with the flat ends. I have not done any measurements yet, but when I install my square winter wheel set (9J*20, ET 40), I'm considering a 35 mm rear and maybe a 20 mm front.

Why don't you add some camber shims to fix the rear tire issue? Less than $100 in parts, plus $100 alignment. Add $100 if you have the shop install them. You don't want Tesla to align it tho. They'd look at what you have now and say, "within spec".

Potential corrosion between dissimilar metals, especially with winter driving (road salt) or salty air (coastal areas).

You might try a camera recalibration. I do one every couple of months, or if I notice phantom braking.

My problem is there aren't any locals selling the wheels and the ones I see are about the same price, with summer tires that don't fit, or curbed and 200 miles away.
