i ordered a Model S Plaid Black with Cream interior back on 3/5. Still No VIN but delivery window shrank to June 28-30 and updated to June 27-30 yesterday. A refresh would be worth the wait, but i'll be happy either way.

i placed my model s plaid order on march 5 and have a june 8-20 delivery window. Chicago area. i am optimistic the lack of production is due to more than just the seat upgrades.

Did you have to let them know ahead of time that you intended to transfer your supercharging?

I am waiting to upgrade my 2017 S P100D. Hoping maybe they upgrade seats and/or option for some of the track pack items to be purchases from the factory. I don't see the point in paying for factory brakes/rims that are going to be thrown out when I upgrade to ceramic for example. Seems like...

I haven't heard too much about the specifics of track mode as it relates to the Model 3, but wonder if it is something that will come to the Model S, either all versions or even just performance models, via update?

Agreed, I think its because it's reporting energy use over distance. It counts all the energy your car was using while not actually driving as well and creates a big spike. So basically, your car might not have been driving but all counts toward the current "mile" it's measuring. Kind of like if...

I was driving 300 miles roundtrip to a doctors appointment and wanted to conserve some battery. I assume it lasts longer in sport mode. Otherwise, always in ludicrous!

This sounds right to me. I have a P100D and when I had it in sport mode this weekend it felt maybe a tad more sluggish, but similar, to the 100D I test drove last month. Both quick modes but ludicrous is something entirely on another level.

Likely a tint and chrome delete coming.
