You are very accommodating. Imagine the car was advertised as a 4-door SUV but when you got the car you found out you could only open 3 of the doors. The last one is installed but software locked to not open. Would you be happy knowing the maximum number of doors was only a possibility?

It was definitely advertised with 170 kW max charging speed. So if the car is not ever able to hit that max because of a software lock set to 163, the claimed max was false.

Agreed, it's still strange that '23 cars charge above 170 kW and' 24 cars charge below 170 kW. You'd think it could lead to legal trouble if they advertise 170 kW charging but software lock to 163.

I finally supercharged by '23 MY RWD over the weekend. Started at 17% SOC. It popped up to 233 kW very quickly, but didn't hold it long. It settled into a slow taper ending around 160 kW. In total, I added 28 kWh in about 9 minutes (average: ~186 kW). I'm happy with this.
