Not sure if anyone has noticed but Tesla is selling the MY LR in Europe with what looks to be a bigger battery pack! The range is 600km (372miles WLTP). The UK version is only 331 WLTP???

Apparently not so from my car! The Tesla techs exact words were ‘Your car isn’t playing well with others at the moment’. I’ve looked in service mode and everything is fine so will be interesting to find out the communication problem tomorrow.

Same thing happened to mine. Randomly a departure time was set in the App. Switched it off and works fine. Still having problems with the FSD computer and Tesla service are being very quiet about it which means they know it’s an issue caused by the update and are ignoring till the next one.

Make sure we raise it as a service request. It’s the only way to alert Tesla and get it fixed. If everyone reports it then it should get fixed quickly. That being said, it is Tesla, so multiple failures of the FSD computer may be within spec or we ‘should just await for the next update’.

Same mate. So annoying as I was very happy with TACC 😂. Why change things that ain’t fixed! I’ve tried two reboots and nothings changed! Defo the new software as I downloaded it last night and it’s been perfect up until this morning!

Also noticed that TACC doesn’t work 95% of the time. Might be to do with the fact that there is pretty much zero visualisation on the display anymore. All I can see is my car and no line markings or anything. Frustrating!

There is a quick fix that the Tesla Tech told me at my last service visit. Put your seat in the main driver profile you want. Adjust the mirrors. Then delete easy entry profile. Create it again and then adjust seat position from there (back and down etc). It will auto save the mirror profile...

Just log it mate. It’s a free fix. If it happens again, I’ll log it again. The fact it was fixed no questions asked suggests it’s a known issue. I’m also only 5’8 and 75kg so it’s not a case of my fat bum either.

I would log the issue early and then it’s up to you when you get it replaced. I got my car in Dec 22 but started seeing these at the 6 month point. I could feel a crease in the bolster so it was never going to improve.

I’ve used the extension leads mentioned above from Tough Leads. It’s worked perfectly. It has an inline RCD and I paid extra for the ‘letterbox connector’ I just used a storage box to house the socket and Tesla charger in by the car so it doesn’t get wet.

Once you select the sound it gets uploaded to the car. You don’t need it on the USB after. Also it doesn’t need its own USB. You can save it on the same USB as the dash cam footage.

Happened to me during early ownership of the MY in late 2022. It was a stone in the brakes. Some hard breaking both forward and in reverse should dislodge it. We need to remember that the brakes don’t really get used so every now and then a bit of firm pressure on them helps to clear debris.

Had exactly the same thing. I actually thought it was a snippet of the radio I was listening too coming out the external speaker right at the end of the lock sound for about 0.5 seconds. It doesn’t happen when I walk away from the car but only inside when I’m playing around with the boombox.

I tend to find this is due to the residue on the inside of the windscreen. This was happening prior to me taking my car to get cleaned. The guys cleaned the inside of the windows and whist it does still condensate on the inside, it clears really quickly.
