Interesting that were it not for @Christine69420 posting on this forum, I would not be aware of the Cybertruck event taking place 35 miles from where I live. It seems I'm not the only one. I have had my Model 3 for 4 years, I have a Tesla account so they have my email, mobile and credit card...

Front page of today's Telegraph Tesla added nearly $64bn (£51bn) to its valuation after the EV giant took a step closer to launching self-driving cars in China. The world’s largest electric vehicle maker jumped 12pc as trading began on Wall Street after it reached a data-sharing agreement...

Gross profit has held up well at 17% which I'm pleasantly surprised by. Operating margin down to 5.5%. Must be a reason for that. But overall, given the reduction in cars sold, not the disaster I feared.

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

Things can change very quickly in Tesla World, and the world generally, so who knows what might happen in 2024 If Tesla could add $1,000 to the ASP, and reduce average COGS by $1,000 then combined, based on sales of 2m cars, that would add $4bn to net income. Net income in 2023 was $11bn. So...

Someone posted on here a couple of weeks ago a quote from Charlie Munger, I think it was. The big money is not in the buying or the selling, but in the waiting. So let's all just hang in. In answer to @Unpilot, 70% of my life savings

Eh? Worldwide car sales are around 70m per annum. Let's be generous and say 10% are already electric. That still leaves an addressable ICE market of, well, I think you can work it out for yourself. Model 3 and Y are smashing it, and benefitting from the shift to electric and will continue to do...

Happy with that. 1.8m guidance hit and a +38% increase for the year.

Tesla, TSLA & the Investment World: the Perpetual Investors' Roundtable

If Tesla post 1.8m today, that is a big deal. They guided that figure 11 months ago and if they hit it, the company earns credibility. Other manufacturers flip flop with their guidance but Tesla have been steadfast. So here's hoping.
