You're right. My mistake. But if I set 20% backup, how do I set it so it starts using the backup at 5am?

I'm not sure I understand, sorry. If I set my battery limit to 20% (which I can do using the stormwatch feature or car charge feature), the only way I know of to remove that 20% limitation would be to set an alarm for 5am every morning and remove it, then go back to sleep. Am I mistaken in this?

Thank you for posting this. Tesla is clueless about this and I'm not really sure how to get them to send it to me. Not like I have a lot of time left either. When I answer no I didn't receive a certificate, it says I didn't qualify for the state credit. :(
