Yes I tried the hard reboot it didn't fix the issue. But not to worry its sorted now.

Update on this issue in the end I sorted a service via the Tesla app and spoke to a technician on the phone. He agreed that it's probably an issue with the seat sensor. So it's been booked in to have it replaced. I'd like to thank everyone who commented on this. You actually helped me out a lot...

As an additional note I've just gotten back in the car the screen was off and I had to reboot it. Standing outside the car and applying some pressure to the drivers seat and it is causing the lights to come on and the car to turn off so I put some stock in this seat sensor issue.

I have v11.1(2023.44.30.9 eef969740612) and its trying to download the same version. Last time I attached it to the WiFi it told me I have the lasted version and did nothing more but I'm looking at now and it's still saying about it.
